"In negotiations..": Journo delivers Rangers transfer claim that'll leave GvB excited - opinion

A Rangers claim has emerged regarding the Glasgow giants’ attempts to add to their squad in the upcoming transfer window… 

Journalist Lahcen Senhaji has claimed that the Gers are in talks over a deal to sign a Brazilian forward ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

He tweeted: “Rangers and AS Monaco are in negotiations with Flamengo for Lazaro. More details to come…”

Vital Rangers cite him as a reputable reporter and French outlet Homme Du Match have since dropped their own report claiming that both clubs are in talks over a deal for the winger.

The Ibrox head coach will surely be excited by this claim, as Lazaro would be an excellent addition to his squad this year.

Van Bronckhorst will also be buzzing with the speed at which Ross Wilson is looking to conduct the club’s business this summer. The transfer window does not open until next Friday but he is seemingly already in talks to add the Brazilian midfielder to the team.
