‘Imagine’ - Manchester United fans send message to Erik ten Hag after Mohammed Kudus display

Manchester United fans are urging Erik ten Hag to make a move for Muhammed Kudus in the summer after a stellar performance for Ajax on Sunday.

The attacker netted his 14th goal of the season in his side’s 3-1 win RKC Waalwijk and was handed man of the match for his excellent overall display. He achieved a pass success rate of 90 per cent and completed six dribbles, the most out of any player on the pitch.

The Manchester Evening News understands that Kudus, who is averaging a goal every other game this term, is of interest to Erik ten Hag who will be searching for a long-term goal-getter this summer.

Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen are on the list while Benfica’s Goncalo Ramos, who netted a hat-trick for Portugal at the World Cup, also intrigues Ten Hag. Kudus played under the United boss when he was head coach at Ajax and so already has a relationship with the Ghanaian.

Kudus scored a thunderous strike against Liverpool in September’s Champions League group stage tie at Anfield and finished the round with four goals and two assists in six outings.

And after his display for Ajax at the weekend, United fans are keen on seeing him at Old Trafford next season. Many on Twitter implored Ten Hag to make a dip for him at the end of the season.
