Canadiens' forward Jake Evans is on the ice for Thursday's optional morning skate. The 25-year-old did not practice on Wednesday due to a non-COVID related illness. The Toronto nativehas 11 goals and 13 assists in 67 games this season.
According to TSN's John Lu, goaltender Samuel Montembeault is going through the starter's routine at this morning's skate and is on track to be in net tonight against the Flyers.

Montembeault, 25, is 7-17-6 this season with a 3.78 goals-against average and .891 save percentage in 36 games.
Ottawa Senators
The Senators have recalled forward Mark Kastelic from the AHL's Beleville Senators, the team announced on Thursday.

The 23-year-old has two assists in 11 games with Ottawa this season.
Carolina Hurricanes
Carolina Hurricanes forward Jesperi Kotkaniemi is on the ice for the Hurricanes skate on Thursday morning. However, coach Rod Brind'Amour said Wednesday that the 21-yearold would not play tonight.
Jesperi Kotkaniemi is on the ice, which is a great sign, but Rod Brind'Amour said yesterday that he won't play tonight. Derek Stepan and Ethan Bear appear to be operating as the healthy extras.
Kotkaniemi has missed three games due to a lower-body injury he sustained April 16 against the Colorado Avalanche. In 65 games this season, he has 11 goals and 15 assists.
