Ian Wright catches England heat as madcap penalty take sparks surprise Neville and Carragher truce

Ian Wright has left viewers baffled as he branded Netherlands defender Denzel Dumfries "reckless' after England were awarded a controversial penalty.

The Three Lions got off to a nightmare star in their Euro 2024 semi-final when Dutch forward Xavi Simons dispossessed Declan Rice and produced a stunning strike to beat Jordan Pickford in the seventh minute. But England were handed a lifeline by referee Felix Zweyer and the VAR team.

The Arsenal legend was undeterred: "It is reckless, that is why they have given it. We have VAR, we have everything. If that is anywhere else on the pitch
