Nothing quite catches my eye like a big discount sign flashing low prices. Shop windows adorned with sale posters and discounted stickers instantly draw me in.
So upon walking past a discount store in a quiet Greater Manchester shopping centre, I was rather pleased to see some A4 posters advertising multipacks of cans of branded drinks for as little as £1.50. Aisles of items from floor to ceiling could be seen through the glass windows.
As someone who admittedly loves shopping, as I talked about in my love for charity shop hunting, the new bargain outlet in Trafford, and my visit to the affordable store dubbed 'little Ikea' - I wanted to see how I could save on groceries and other household products.
