From floor to ceiling I am greeted with shelves packed to the brim with items. It may not look like much from the outside, but after walking through the doors of the popular clearance store in Greater Manchester, it was obvious why it draws in its customers.

Loved on the likes of Instagram and TikTok, the Ace Clearance store in Middleton promises a bargain.

With the cost of living causing families to feel the pinch more than ever, it's easy to see why it's catching the attention of social media scrollers in their thousands.

The store - which is also known for its haul of discounted Christmas decorations year-round - is packed full of pretty random and miscellaneous items with slashed prices, from electronic air purifiers, to suitcases, desk organisers and frying pans.

Admittedly, there isn't much I love more than a good bargain. You're either one of those people that prefer to go in with the blinkers on and dash out as quickly as possible or thoroughly enjoy a long and considered browse (think Aldi's middle aisle!).
