I tried the Only Curls hair care range on my children's locks and was so impressed

The £16 Only Curls Cleansing Co-Wash is one of the newest Curl Hair care ranges to hit the market.

Being a person who has naturally straight hair, never needing to use straighteners and some days not even needing to run a comb through it, I was bamboozled to have children with different textured and curly hair. My mind was blown by this massive hair industry where unfortunately for me and my bank balance, I found out the hard way that one product does not suit all.

It can become a very expensive experiment with two children needing specific products. There has been plenty of frustration with money wasted and the items tried & tested sitting uselessly on a shelf in the bathroom.

The smell test

While some curly hair products can smell strong and overpowering, making your nostrils flare and needing to smell the coffee jar to have your senses working again, this coconutty smelling product was pleasant and didn’t sting the senses.

The tangle test

Those with curly hair know that the more product you use, the better to help detangle those curls.

I put the product on and tease the wide tooth comb through and I have found over the period that I have used this product, the hair is less tangled. It is now allowing a comb to go through much easier and washing hair during bathtime is a happier time for me and the kids.
