I kissed Chris Eubank Jr before our big fight - but egged Conor Benn is the real drama queen
The boxing world has been left both stunned and chuckling after Chris Eubank Jr slapped rival Conor Benn with an egg at their heated fight press conference.
A mass brawl broke out in the aftermath at the Manchester Press conference on Tuesday, with the stunt referencing Benn's cleared over a doping ban. The pair will finally get the chance to settle things once and for all at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 26. The fight was originally supposed to happen in October 2022 until Benn was forced to pull out at the last minute after testing positive for a banned substance.
Another who thrives on pre fight theatrics is Gary 'Spike' O'Sullivan - who delivered Eubank Jr a taste of his own medicine nine years ago. The Irishman was involved in a similarly heated press weigh-in a day before their bout at the O2 Arena in London. But it was O'Sullivan who stole the headlines on this occasion by planting a kiss on the lips of Eubank Jr during their face-off.

Fast forward to now and O'Sullivan has backed his former rival in what he called a "f****** hilarious" press conference between Eubank Jr and Benn on Tuesday.
