'I dropped five dress sizes and lost almost four stone - by eating PIZZA'

A woman has revealed how she managed to drop an incredible five dress sizes – by eating pizza, pancakes and ready meals.

Linzi Hunter went from a size 24 to a 14 by eating all her favourite foods while taking daily strolls around a local nature reserve.

Having always struggled with her weight, the 60-year-old, from Manchester, had tried several diets over the years and even had her stomach stapled in a bid to shed pounds.

Linzi has lost 11 inches from her waist, five from her hips and another four inches from her chest – going from being stuck at home to walking laps around her local nature reserve.

“I've always struggled with my weight and over the years have tried just about every fad diet going,” she said. “When I was 21 I had my stomach stapled and lost a huge amount of weight.

“I stayed around that weight for years, but in the space of four years lost both my parents and husband. That’s when the weight really started to pile on. I didn’t massively over eat but was eating all the wrong things.

“It was like I was in self-destruct mode and didn’t
