Hudson-Odoi is 'considering' international switch as Ghana target him

Callum Hudson-Odoi is weighing up international interest from Ghana with the Black Stars hoping to persuade the Chelsea winger and Tariq Lamptey to switch allegiance from England ahead of the World Cup.

Hudson-Odoi is said to be 'considering' the switch ahead of the World Cup in November.

The 21-year-old has three senior caps for England with the latest of those coming in the European Championship qualifier in Kosovo in November 2019.

This means Hudson-Odoi would be eligible for the changeover just in time to head to Qatar with the World Cup taking place between November 21 and December 18.

And, according to Goal, Ghana are pursuing Hudson-Odoi and Brighton defender Tariq Lamptey, with the Blues youngster understood to be considering the move.
