How we ate at The Orient at the Trafford Centre when it opened 25 years ago

Over the course of 25 years, the Trafford Centre has undergone several transformations, from the revitalized Barton Square to the expansion of the magnificent Great Hall.

And while many visit the Trafford Centre for the flagship retail stores, others are just as likely to make the trip for the vast food options on offer. With seating for over 1,600 people, The Orient is the largest food court in Europe.

Its design is based on an ocean liner, with food outlets acting as the different destinations, offering diners a wide choice of world cuisines. Whether you crave fast food or seek a more refined dining experience, The Orient caters to every palate.
