Manchester United and West Ham United face each other in midweek for their seemingly annual meeting in a domestic cup competition.

David Moyes' side won at Old Trafford in the last 16 of the Carabao Cup last term and United will hope to avoid that fate at the same stage of the FA Cup this time around. The two teams last faced each other in this competition in the quarter-finals two seasons ago, but only one of them will be reaching that stage this time around.

Extra-time was required to decide that meeting after the tie was still a stalemate after 90 minutes. Scott McTominay's winner seven minutes into that additional half hour proved decisive.
