How to watch Liverpool vs Manchester United - TV channel, live stream and early team news

It’s crunch time for both Liverpool and Manchester United in their respective Premier League goals this season.

The ghosts of October’s 5-0 drubbing by the Reds still linger and the hosts have their confidence sky high after making through to the semi-finals of the Champions League and the final of the FA Cup last week. United still have a chance of making the top four thanks to a series of slip-ups from their nearby challengers.

United’s trip to Anfield is the only Premier League match scheduled for Tuesday, not that the fixture’s prime time slot is ever under threat on a game day anyway.

The showdown will be broadcast live on Sky Sports ahead of an 8pm kick-off. The build-up lasts a full hour, beginning at 7pm.

Coverage lasts until 11pm during which time in-depth analysis of the game and the rest of the weekend’s results will be scrutinised. Highlights of the game will be shown on BBC One on Wednesday, April 20 from 10.40pm.

Highlights will also be posted onto YouTube and social media by the Premier League and Sky shortly after full-time.

Those with a Sky Sports subscription can watch the game as it unfolds live. Those who would like to watch the game but don’t have a subscription can buy a short-term one from Now TV for 24 hours.

As always, the Manchester Evening News will be across the action and pick up on the news you need to know before, during and after the 90
