How to buy Glastonbury 2025 general sale tickets

Thousands of music fans will try to secure tickets for next year's Glastonbury Festival on Sunday morning The huge music event returns to Somerset for four days of music joy from 25-29 June.

Millions of people register for Glastonbury tickets, but most are unsuccessful and tickets sell out within minutes. Around 200,000 people attend the festival.

Headliners for next year's festival haven't been confirmed yet, but 2024 saw headline performances from pop star Dua Lipa, rock band Coldplay and American singer SZA.

The first batch of tickets for Glastonbury Festival 2025 went on sale on Thursday night. Tickets plus coach travel went on sale via Seetickets at 6pm on Thursday - however as expected sold out quite quickly.

It came after festival bosses announced a major change to its booking process, with the introduction of an automatic queue system. on Thursday and Saturday, fans will have to be online before ticket sales begin.

It took just 33 minutes for coach tickets to sell out. At 6.33pm SeeTickets wrote: "Coach tickets for @Glastonbury 2025 are now SOLD OUT. The general admission ticket sale will take place Sunday at 9am (GMT)."

Fans who failed to get tickets via the coach sale can try again at the weekend as general admission tickets go on sale at 9am on Sunday, 17 November."

Tickets cost £373.50 + £5 booking fee. A £75 deposit is due when booking in November, and the remainder has to be paid during the first week of April 2025.

Any tickets that are not paid for in full during the first week of April will go into the resale, when people who missed out the first time around will have another chance to secure tickets.
