How much Tyson Fury and Oleksander Usyk will earn from undisputed heavyweight title fight

Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk are gearing up for what's expected to be an epic clash in May.

The monumental battle not only promises to captivate fight fans worldwide but it also carries the weight of history on its shoulders, as both fighters vie to etch their names in the annals of boxing lore as the first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999.

Initially slated for February 17, the much-anticipated showdown hit a snag when Fury suffered an injury in training which prompted the event's cancellation. However, the disappointment was short-lived as a new date was swiftly arranged, with the clash now poised to unfold in Saudi Arabia on May 18.

Both fighters are eyeing the prestigious WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBF titles and with Fury entering the ring fresh off a lackluster performance against Francis Ngannou, he will be eager to redeem himself. Usyk meanwhile will well know that there has never been an undisputed champion at heavyweight in the four belt-era since the reign of the Klitschko brothers ended, and so he will be looking at the bout with hungry eyes.

One of the more interesting bits of information fight fans are eager to know is just how much the boxers will earn from the clash. The purse for this particular clash has yet to be officially announced, however, there have been reports that Fury could be making well over $100 million in Saudi Arabia.
