The festive spirit is back in the city once again as the beloved Manchester Christmas Markets officially get underway today.

Taking over nine spots across the city centre, including locations in Piccadilly Gardens and St. Ann’s Square, this year’s markets are set to be the biggest and longest ever - running for a whopping six weeks.

The markets are filled with a range of treats - stemming from hot chocolates and puddings to German beer and burritos.
