How Manchester United should line up vs Crystal Palace in Premier League fixture

Manchester United take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

United won 3-0 against Southampton last weekend and recorded an impressive 7-0 victory over Barnsley in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, so they head into the game full of confidence.

Erik ten Hag's side have momentum and were boosted by the return of Rasmus Hojlund and Mason Mount to full training at Carrington earlier in the week.

Crystal Palace also progressed to the next round of the Carabao Cup, but they have just two points from four games in the Premier League and have suffered a poor start.

Regarding the team news, Hojlund and Mount could return to the squad, but Luke Shaw is still unavailable, which means Diogo Dalot or Noussair Mazraoui will be used at left-back.

The selection dilemma surrounding the wingers can be easily remedied: start all three. Marcus Rashford lined up as the striker against Barnsley but it did not feel like he played there and Bruno Fernandes has doubled as a false nine a number of times this calendar year.

Joshua Zirkzee has not struggled for chances but he has struggled for goals and not in the form of Rashford or Garnacho. Amad has to start given his excellence.

Manuel Ugarte has to come in for his full Premier League debut and Diogo Dalot should stay at right back.

United have been in sensational form this week and it does feel like Ten Hag has a few selection decisions to make. None of them come in defence, where the back four of Mazraoui, De Ligt, Martinez and Dalot should be reunited.

After his run-out at Barnsley in midweek it is
