How I saved myself nearly £1,400 on Asda George designer fashion dupes for my holidays

Asda George are leading the affordable fashion train for summer 2022 with these incredible savings.

In an ideal world, we could all afford the next designer must have, but the reality is the prices are just extortionate.

While taking a trip to my local Asda store, I thought I would take a detour down the fashion and beauty aisles and wow- I was so surprised.

Although, it's nice to spoil yourself sometimes on a special one off item, if you can make less of a hole in your back pocket this summer, why not get the cheaper options?!

Here are just a handful of the items I spotted today.

Birkenstocks retail at between £40-£75 depending on the stockist- so there is the potential to save upto £62.50 if they are the style you fancy.

They look super comfy, nobody would ever be able to tear them apart.

We found the real deal available at Schuh, Office and JD Sports.

A longer denim short would not have been at the top of our style list not so long ago- but now look... they are everywhere.

Levi's (as always) started this denim trend with their 90s 501 shorts which retail at £40.

Here Asda have the perfect dupe at just £15- the black colourway is lovely too!

A chanel pair of sandals, in this style (in suede lambskin and calfskin) retail at £1,170.

Now, these incredible dupes are just £12.50- yes, we did the maths and its a £1,157.50 saving.

The dad sandal is definitely a trend to stay for Summer 2022.

You can also get used, cheaper Chanel sandals at websites such as Vestiaire Collective- they have used sandals on their pages for a little cheaper if you would prefer the designer versions.

These clogs are my absolute favourite- and they are just £12.50, (much cheaper than the Birkenstock versions at up to £160).
