'How Can He Say Fixer?': Stump Mic Captures Sreesanth's Rant On Gautam Gambhir

The Legends League Cricket (LLC) match between India Capitals and Gujarat Giants on Wednesday witnessed a massive controversy as former India cricketers Gautam Gambhir and S Sreesanth were embroiled in an on-field spat. Sreesanth conceded 20 runs in first two overs and during his third over, he got entangled in a war of words with Gambhir. After the match, Sreesanth accused Gambhir of using 'bad words' and later revealed that the left-handed batter called him a 'fixer'. Things got heated up between the two cricketers and others had to intervene to stop the on-field altercation.

While Gambhir's words were not clear, the stump mic captured Sreesanth complaining about the incident. In a video on social media, Sreesanth can be heard saying - "“How can he say fixer?”.

Earlier, Sreesanth expressed his anger about the entire situation on social media.

"He kept on calling me 'fixer fixer, you are a fixer, **** off you fixer on live television on centre wicket," Sreesanth said while going live from his Instagram handle.

"I just said 'what are you saying', I kept laughing in a sarcastic way. He spoke to the umpires in the same language when they tried to control him," he added.

Sreesanth was handed a life ban by the BCCI's disciplinary committee due to his alleged involvement in the IPL 2013 spot fixing scandal.

However, the ban was reduced to seven years in 2019 by the Supreme court of India.

"From my side, I didn't use any bad word. Please guys support the real truth. He has been doing it with a lot of people. I have no idea why he started it, it was the end of the over.

"Now his people are saying sixer sixer bola hai but unhone bola you fixer, tu fixer hai (his people are claiming he said sixer
