How Aston Villa's food and drink prices rank among Premier League rivals

The Premier League campaign is fast-approaching and after some brilliant recruitment by Steven Gerrard already, Aston Villa fans are well and truly looking forward to the new campaign.

Excitement is growing on the pitch thanks to Villa's swift movements in the transfer market - signing Diego Carlos, Robin Olsen, Boubacar Kamara and turning Philippe Coutinho's loan permanent - but there is also an interest from Villans about activities off the pitch.

Supporters will discover later this month when they play who, whilst the transfer window officially opens from June 10.

Villa fans may be getting used to life in the Premier League having spent three seasons in the top-flight now after winning promotion back in 2019.

If action on the pitch lacks entertainment and excitement, the Premier League matchday experience is something that Villa fans will relish - including the pre-match pie and pint.

Thankfully, the website Football Stadiums have compiled a list of prices for tea, beer and a pie at each club throughout England's top four divisions. According to their rankings, Villa would finish in a Champions League spot based on their pricing of a beer; although the price of a pie has them down in mid-table.

This is how the Premier League looks based on food and drink costs...

West Ham - £5

Tottenham - £5

Chelsea - £4.40

Arsenal - £4.30

Crystal Palace - £4.20

Liverpool - £4

Fulham - £4

Everton - £4

Southampton - £4

Nottingham Forest - £3.70
