House hunters say 'I don't understand' as 'odd' £259k town house goes on market
A town house that is on the market for £259,000 has left home hunters baffled as many claimed 'I don't understand'. The three-bed property in East Cowes, which has been dubbed 'odd', has been listed for sale on both Rightmove and Zoopla.
But it has attracted attention online for all the wrong reasons, after being shared on the social media platform Reddit. House hunters have been left confused over its strange structure, which sees balcony on either side connecting the town houses together, as well as very small front windows.
The estate agents listing reads: "Chain- free modern, detached house with three bedrooms, two balconies offering lovely views, gated parking area for two vehicles, well-presented accommodation spread over three floors.
"Located within a quiet residential spot on the outskirts of East Cowes, this detached family home offers a fantastic opportunity to own a spacious, three bedroom house with accommodation spread over 3 floors."
Inside, the ground floor comprises an entrance hall, two double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen dining area and lounge with access to the private balcony.
The second floor hosts the master suite, consisting of a main bedroom, dressing area and en-suite shower room. From the dressing area you can access the roof terrace which enjoys far-reaching views.
