Horse racing tips and best bets from Cheltenham, Newmarket, Ripon and Bath

The jumps season is coming to an end but there is more great action to follow this week and our man Garry Owen is back for some Thursday selections.

With packed cards at six courses across the UK and Ireland it's a good day to follow some good racing tips.

KISSESFORKATIE (2:40) looks very appealing in the Catesby Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham. Jeremy Scott’s mare produced a career best when hacking up from Bellatrixsa at Chepstow. The eight-year-old remains fairly treated so she can get the better of her old rival yet again.

Andrew Balding’s charge ended last season by hammering Bucephalus over track and trip. The gelding is nicely unexposed over a mile so he can defy a fair 4lb hike in a better event.

CRESTA (3:35) can claim a cracking renewal of the Feilden Stakes for Martyn Meade. The colt stayed upwardly mobile when
