Home favourite Mokoka edged out as Ethiopia's Gebre wins Cape Town Marathon

The Cape Town Marathon saw a sprint finish for the men's title as Ethopia's Adane Kebede Gebre edged home favourite Stephen Mokoka to be crowned champion on Sunday.
