Home Bargains new Halloween jar on offer for under a fiver

Home Bargains has launched its new Halloween range, and it seems August isn't too early for the discount retailer to get into the spooky spirit. The store is currently promoting a pumpkin-shaped glass jar, reduced from £15 to just £4.99, offering customers a significant 66% saving. The jar is touted as ideal for the trick-or-treat season, with ample space for a variety of sweets and chocolates.

"Get into the spooky theme this Halloween with this pumpkin-shaped glass jar, perfect for storing your favourite candies and treats," they say. "The jar features a beautifully crafted pumpkin design that captures the essence of autumn and Halloween, adding a festive touch to your holiday décor."

Aside from the jar, Home Bargains has also introduced a host of other Halloween-themed items online and in stores nationwide. This includes a selection of candles with scents like 'Wicked Pumpkin', 'Spooky Vanilla', and 'Haunted House', priced at just £2.99 each. You could grab some elsewhere, of course, such as by visiting Yankee Candle.

Home Bargains' Halloween range has certainly caused a stir online too, with dozens of fans flocking to Facebook over the product range. Posting to 'Home Bargains and Online Deals' group, one user said: "Already brought a few 'Gary the ghost' items," as someone else quipped: "Was looking at it with my daughter on Sunday."

However, others couldn't get over the fact that Halloween decorations are being sold in the middle of summer. One user said: "Not even the end of August yet," while another added: "Geeezz its not even September."

Yet other Halloween treat options are available. Over on Amazon, you can get 1kg of Halloween sweets for £9.99. One reviewer said they are a 'huge hit with the kids'.
