"My Kyivstar entered the TOP 10 most popular mobile applications in Ukraine in 2024 and became the second among Ukrainian services. The ranking was compiled by Webpromo, an online marketing agency that analyzed data on the popularity of mobile applications in Ukraine. According to experts, six of the 20 most popular apps in 2024 were developed by Ukrainian companies, including My Kyivstar, Diia, Nova Poshta, and mobile banking. The rating leaders are determined based on their popularity among users of the App Store and Google Play.

In total, 8 million subscribers have downloaded My Kyivstar, and in 2024 the app received a number of important updates, such as: cost statistics; updated recommended recharge amounts; streaming radio and Kyivstar TV; a gaming platform; an interactive communication format through stories and an updated design of the services page.
