Holly Willoughby has spoken about 'constant struggle' after offering the 'best advice' to her fans. For those who don't know, away from hosting shows such as This Morning and Dancing on Ice, the presenter has her own business, Wylde Moon.

She launched the lifestyle brand, which explores topics from "beauty and fashion to energy and healing" but also features its own boutique where Holly has launched perfumes, candles, diffusers, and even a sparkling 12-piece jewellery collection alongside Kirstie Le Marque, back in 2021.

And as part of her business, Holly, 42, sends out weekly newsletters where she sits down and pens a message to her subscribers. In this week's message, the mum-of-three told readers that she'd suffered a bit of a 'blank' when it came to putting pen to paper - or fingers to keyboard - when she prepared to send her latest newsletter.

"Did anyone else feel the Full Moon really strongly this month? No matter how many times people claim it’s nonsense, I defy anyone to say they didn’t feel last week’s build of energy as everything came to a head," Holly started her note. "Pretty much everyone I’ve spoken to recently seems to have had a really intense end to the week, and it’s only now that things are starting to calm down, that I feel like both my feet are on the ground again.

"I’ll be honest, when I sat down to write to you this week, I drew a complete blank. Usually, something crosses my path that I can’t wait to tell you about, but this weekend I had nothing!"
