'Highly aroused and angry woman' smashes into ex's home as he barricades himself in bedroom with new girlfriend

A 'highly aroused and angry' woman broke into her ex-boyfriend's house armed with "martial arts sticks". Buathip Kendray, 49, arrived at her ex's home in a fury after finding out he was living with another woman in their old house on August 6, 2023.

She damaged his car, threw wood planks and knocked over a bin before breaking into the house through the living room window. She then tried to break down the bedroom door where her ex, Steven Woods, and his new girlfriend were hiding while waiting for the police., the Echo reports.

Prosecutor Derek Jones told Liverpool Crown Court: "It was the morning of August 6 when the defendant has attended. Mr Woods has heard her shouting outside the address. She then proceeded to rip the wing mirror of his car, throw items up towards the bedroom window where Mr Woods was watching her, and then smashed a ground floor window to the lounge.

"The defendant then entered the property. Mr Woods and his girlfriend were so concerned they called the police and barricarked themselves in the bedroom.

"The defendant went upstairs and was trying to break into the bedroom using some martial arts sticks which belonged to Mr Woods."

A video shows Kendray shouting and causing damage in Mr Woods' driveway on Central Avenue, Speke, Merseyside. She vandalised his car, knocked over his bin, and threw wooden planks. Mr Woods can be heard on the phone pleading with the police, "Please, I need someone now", as glass breaks in the background.

When the police arrived, they found Mr Woods shouting from his bedroom. They arrested Kendray, who later admitted to causing damage and creating a disturbance. The police's body
