Helen Flanagan sparks concern among fans as she jets off to Bali after 'weird' Christmas

Helen Flanagan has sparked concern among fans after being seen in the airport. The actress has ditched the UK with her three children and a pal after admitting to experiencing a 'weird' Christmas this year.

It came as Helen spent the big day away from her kids as they spent the festive period with their dad, footballer Scott Sinclair. Taking to Instagram, the former Coronation Street star shared a round-up of photos from her Christmas - and revealed she's finally getting help ADHD - thanks to reality star Vicky Pattison.

Alongside a string of photos, Helen, from Bury, typed on the social media platform "Wasn’t really feeling Christmas this year, felt weird without the kids but next year I’ll be festive. My week around Christmas on my camera roll."

She said of the first photo, which showed her all glam in a plunging red gown: "Dolling myself up for a night out but probs drank too much ( never helps when you feel rubbish). She said of another photo: "Finally doing something about my PMDD Thankyou @vickypattison for being a support x I get SO emotional just before I bleed x other women that have this condition please comment".

PMDD - Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder - is a very severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and can cause a range of emotional and physical symptoms every month during the week or two before your period.

In another photo of herself clutching a bag of McDonald's, her phone charger and phone while throwing up a peace sign, she said: "Me as a skatty mess at my friends apartment. Loosing my keys ect. I do have ADHD and I’m managing it
