Helen Flanagan shares dose of motherhood reality after cryptic dating update

Helen Flanagan may have been posting glamourous snaps from a recent night out before slipping into her bikini but she also was seen sharing a dose of her motherhood reality as she continues to navigate life as a single parent.

The actress, 33, has recently taken to social media with a string of different snaps in which she could be seen posing up a storm for the camera. In one, Helen could be seen posing on a staircase as she sported a pair of black, ankle-grazing jumpsuit that boasted a metcallic gold top.

The former Coronation Street star was beaming for the camera as she let her freshly blowdired blonde locks bounce around her shoulders while finishing off her look with a pair of black pointed-toe shoes and a glistening silver watch.

She then later stripped down as she enjoyed her stay at the The Municipal Hotel & Spa Liverpool as she headed to the pool and enjoyed lounging by the side in her barely-there black bikini.

But keen to continue sharing the reality of her busy life with her loyal following, Helen has since returned to social media in which she could be seen sighing in the kitchen of her home after realising her mistake.

Captioning the video in which she could be seen with her head in her hands as she pondered what to do next, Helen wrote: "Charlie's tantrums and Delilah's tantrums were so bad on the food shop I forgot the main things I was supposed to get."
