Helen Flanagan candidly reveals 'down' moment as she 'lives twenties in her thirties'

Helen Flanagan has candidly shared about suffering a 'down' moment as she spends time away from her children. The actress opened up about her split from her fiance, footballer Scott Sinclair, for the first time ahead of her stint on I'm A Celebrity... South Africa.

Helen, 32, has addressed speculation about her love life after rumours began to swirl earlier this year that she is now single. "We actually broke up in July," Helen has told OK! Helen and Scott had been together for 13 years having started dating in 2009, before he proposed in Disneyland Paris in May 2018 before they welcomed their second daughter Delilah the following month.

She captioned the sweet pictures: “Don’t know what I’d do without my babies." Helen, who is famed for playing Rosie Webster in ITV's Corrie, also took to her Instagram Story to update fans on her day as she took them along between work commitments.

She said while talking directly to the camera: "Finally not hungover. I’m
