'He is unstoppable' - Bruno Fernandes praises Manchester United teammate after Man City win
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes lauded teammate Amad after he scored a dramatic winner in Sunday's 2-1 derby triumph over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
Trailing 1-0 heading into the closing stages of the contest after Josko Gvardiol's first-half header, United staged a dramatic comeback to snatch all three points and the local bragging rights.
First, Fernandes brought United level from the penalty spot with 88 minutes on the clock, sending Ederson the wrong way after Amad had been hacked down inside the penalty area by Matheus Nunes.

But with the contest seemingly set to finish all square, Amad scored a last-gasp winner, latching onto a fantastic pass from Lisandro Martinez, lifting the ball over Ederson and then turning the ball home, sparking wild scenes in the away end at the other end of the ground.
Amad was United's standout player throughout the contest, causing plenty of problems for City's defence. And for Fernandes, a lot more is still to come from the Ivorian.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Fernandes said: "He has been doing well, he has been doing great things and I think there is a still a lot to come from him because we really believe in his qualities and we know what he is capable of doing.
"He showed it again today. He is always alive and this is why he gets the penalty, why he gets the goal. He has been brilliant. We need him at this level because when he is like this he is unstoppable."
