Lewis Hamilton needs to spend more time in the gym to combat his physical issues this season, says ex-F1 driver John Watson. Hamilton complained of severe back pain following the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, saying that he was just “praying for the end" due to his discomfort and that he «couldn't express the pain you experience».
