Hardest Premier League footballer? Duncan Ferguson video is incredible

When it comes to the hardest player in Premier League history, there’s surely only one winner.

The likes of Roy Keane, Vinnie Jones, Nemanja Vidic, Jaap Stam and Stuart Pearce were all scary in their right, but none of them were as terrifying as Duncan Ferguson.

Best known for his spells with Everton, the former Scotland striker was a 6ft 4in powerhouse of a man and a defender’s worst nightmare.

Even now, at the age of 50, nobody in their right mind would mess with Big Dunc.

For those too young to remember Ferguson in his pomp, a wonderful video has been uploaded to Twitter by @bryansgunn which shows the Scot as his menacing best.

Set to the music from Alfred Hitchcock’s iconic film ‘Psycho’ along with hair-raising audio from the big man, the video shows Ferguson putting the fear of god into various opponents and even a few referees.

Jimmy Bullard’s face at the end of the video was an absolute picture.
