Gremaud wins first World Cup event in four years with slopestyle victory

Mathilde Gremaud claimed her first World Cup win in four years with victory in the freeski slopestyle in Tignes. The Swiss star beat Johanne Killi of Norway as Megan Oldham completed the podium in France. The podium did not change in the second run as third-placed Andri Ragletti improved his score to 92.50. Sebastian Schjerve just missed out on the podium but did enough to hold off Tjader in the slopestyle World Cup standings, sitting one point ahead of the Swede in fourth with one event remaining.

Ruud knows a podium in Silvaplana next week will be enough to secure the slopestyle Crystal Globe. At the same time, he also holds a comfortable lead in the overall park & pipe standings with Ragletti in second.
