Greater Manchester weather forecast as Jubilee celebrations continue over weekend

Despite passing the Jubilee Bank Holidays, we still have the whole weekend to celebrate the Queen's 70 years on the throne.

Greater Manchester will be experiencing plenty of sun and high temperatures on Saturday (June 4). Make sure to enjoy it while it lasts because Sunday will see the return of dark clouds and rain.

According to the Met Office, Saturday will start off with dry weather accompanied by sunny intervals. As we reach the afternoon, the sun will come out in full force and will bring with it high temperatures peaking at 19C.

"A risk of showers for southern areas overnight. Minimum temperature 6 °C," it adds.
