Giovanni Pernice supported as he says 'it means a lot' as he shares update after month back in the UK
Giovanni Pernice has been flooded with support from fans as he shared an update with fans after spending his first month back working in the UK after his time back in Italy last year.
The dancer was towards the end of last year seen taking part in the Italian show, Ballando con le Stelle, last year. He signed up for the popular dance show after a decision was made not to invite him back to take part in the UK's version, Strictly Come Dancing.
The decision for him not to return as a pro dancer in the hit dance show came after an investigation into his behaviour on the show was conducted before he was cleared of the most serious allegations.
The BBC apologised to Sherlock star Amanda Abbington as they upheld some of her complaints against her former dance partner during the 2023 series.
Giovanni went on to be crowned the winner of the Italian version of the BBC One dance contest and America's Dancing with the Stars alongside Bianca following the show's final back in December.
But he has since returned to the UK for his tour, The Last Dance, which he has previously said will be his last tour - for now. He's now taken to social media to share his gratitude to those who have headed to watch him so far with months still to go until he wraps up his shows - before then heading out on tour with friend and Strictly judge Anton Du Beke throughout June and July.
Sharing pictures from his latest tour, Giovanni wrote on Instagram: "1 month done - 3 more to go! Thank you for all the messages I have been getting about the tour, it really does mean a lot [red heart emoji].
"You can still book your tickets at some venues (if they’re not sold out [winking face emoji]) at www.giovannipernice.com. See at a theatre near you for The Last
