Gibbs-White penalty admission, McBurnie fury, Uremovic reaction: Sheffield United moments missed
Sheffield United and Bournemouth played out a hard-fought goalless draw at Bramall Lane yesterday. United had the better of the chances with Morgan Gibbs-White twice being denied by keeper Mark Travers and Filip Uremovic missing a golden opportunity in front of the Kop right at the death.
It was a gripping game that saw United take another step closer towards a play-off finish and secure yet another clean sheet. However, it was also spoilt by a terrible refereeing decision late on, which saw Gibbs-White denied a penalty following a clumsy challenge from Nat Phillips inside the area.
