Gianluca Mancini looked ready to fight AS Roma teammates after Europa Conference League win
Gianluca Mancini looked ready to fight his own teammates after AS Roma won the Europa Conference League on Wednesday night.
Roma secured their first ever UEFA trophy – the maiden edition of the Europa Conference League – with a 1-0 victory over Dutch side Feyenoord at the Arena Kombetare in Tirana.
Nicolo Zaniolo scored the only goal of the game in the 32nd minute and manager Jose Mourinho was overjoyed at the full-time whistle.
Mourinho, 59, may have won it all during his illustrious coaching career but this one clearly meant an awful lot to him.
It also meant a lot to Mancini, Roma’s vice-captain.
The Italian centre-back was fired up after claiming a first trophy with the Giallorossi and ended up going viral for his post-match antics.
Many viewers were confused when they saw Mancini and Bryan Cristante embrace before the former appeared to lose his head.
