Ghana coach: 'VAR went for coffee' to aid 'lucky' England - ESPN

Ghana boss Carlos Queiroz joked that the video assistant referee must have gone for a coffee after saying England escaped a penalty and red card in Tuesday's goalless World Cup stalemate.
