Genshin Impact 2.8 trailer details the upcoming update

Genshin Impact‘s 2.8 update has been highlighted in a new trailer by developer miHoYo, and it provides a decent overview of its contents.

The trailer, which debuted on Saturday, July 2nd, describes what users may anticipate from the game when it is released on Wednesday, 13th July.

HoYoverse, the company behind Genshin Impact, released a second new trailer after the first. This time, the two new costumes that will be added with the update on Wednesday, 13th July may be seen.

The first will be Fischl’s event prize. Her colour switches to blue and white, and she even gets a new hairstyle, although her general silhouette stays the same. The second is for Diluc, who gets new animations and effects as well as a noticeably more hostile appearance. Microtransactions will be used to purchase this one.

The Summer Fantasia update 2.8 will feature new plotlines, a fresh cast of characters, and the exotic locale of Sumeru. In addition, update 2.8 will feature Shikanoin Heizou, a supporting character for the Klee and Kauha flags, as well as new four-star Fiscl and Diluc skins. Heizou will be equipped with an Anemo element and a Catalyst weapon.

With 2.8, Kazuha will also receive a story quest, while Heizou will receive a hangout quest. Genshin Impact 2.8 will also feature several events, such as Summertime Odyssey, Reminiscent Regimen, a cooperative event, and the mechanical puzzle game Evermotion. Hidden Strife is a mechanical and combat event.
