Gareth Bale says he has 'loads' of offers ahead of next career move

Gareth Bale has insisted that he will not be short of options when it comes to choosing his next club after guiding Wales to their first World Cup since 1958.

It all came down to one match on Sunday as Wales faced Ukraine in Cardiff for a place at the World Cup, and Bale stepped up in the crucial moment once again. His teasing free-kick was headed into his own net by Andriy Yarmolenko, and this goal proved to be the winner as Wales booked their spot in Qatar.

Bale's future had been in doubt prior to the match after he announced that he will be leaving Real Madrid after nine years at the club when his contract expires later this month, but having qualified for the World Cup, he has confirmed that he won't be walking away from the game just yet.

When asked about offers on the table for his services ahead of next season, Bale responded: 'I've got loads!'

Bale hardly played last season, making just seven appearances for Real Madrid as he fell out of favour under Carlo Ancelotti.

He did well to make it through to the latter stages of Sunday's match before he was replaced by Harry Wilson.

The 32-year-old admitted he was glad to make a positive contribution after a lack of game time in recent months, as he hailed Wales' historic achievement.

'It’s the greatest result in the history of Welsh football. We are all so ecstatic, and we’re going to a World Cup!' Bale told Sky Sports.

'I haven’t done much over
