A garden fire pit that is £30 cheaper than Aldi's version is on sale in time for the Bank Holiday weekend. Temperatures are set to rise to 20C over the Bank Holiday - with some parts of the country estimated to be hotter than Monaco.

Deals website Wowcher has launched discounts on a range of garden furniture ahead of the bank holidays. With plenty of essentials to spruce up your outside space in an instant, one of the best bargains has to be the square garden firepit that is on sale for £30 less than Aldi.

The £19.99 Portable Square BBQ Garden Fire Pit is made from durable steel with an eye-catching design and can be used to grill food, or fired up to keep you warm on chilly evenings. The Aldi version of the fire pit was itself reduced from £80 to £40, which is cheaper than rivals on sale in B&Q, and has proved a hit with shoppers. One buyer said: "Looks lovely especially when lit and there’s plenty of room to burn big logs if you wish to."
