Fuming ITV Love Island fans demand 'justice' as they rally round Danica after exit

Love Island fans were left unimpressed when they found out the results of the latest dumping. The ITV2 dating show was left on a cliff-hanger on Tuesday night (July 26) following a public vote. It was revealed that Danica and Jamie, Dami and Indiyah, and Adam and Paige were voted as the public’s least favourite couples and therefore at risk of being sent home.

The dramatic dumping comes less than a week before the show’s finale on August 1, where the winning couple will decide whether to split or steal the £50,000 prize money. And at the start of last night's trip to the Mallorcan villa (Wednesday, July 27), it was Danica Taylor and Jamie Allen who found themselves dumped from the island after losing out in a public vote.

It was an emotional moment for the islanders as bombshell Danica packed up her case. Before leaving the villa, Danica told the girls: "I’m walking out of here with somebody who I genuinely think I’ve got quite a good connection with". She added: "I’m so proud of myself."

"I felt his energy and that he really liked me and wanted to get to know me for me - that is a feeling that I hadn’t felt with any of the other guys. When you know, you know and my gut was telling me that this guy likes me and wanted to get to know me. We get along, it’s just easy and natural and doesn’t feel forced. We both bring out the best in each other."
