Fred posts update while James Garner chats with former Manchester United youngster
Manchester United will begin their pre-season with new manager Erik ten Hag on June 27.
That means United's players have just four days remaining of their summer break before they get back to work. United's players who represented their nations during June's international fixtures will be appreciating their break more than others.
Ten Hag will begin to put the players through their paces at Carrington on Monday before United embark on their pre-season tour. The Dutchman's very first match in charge of United will be played on Tuesday, July 12 against Liverpool in Bangkok.

United will also play Melbourne Victory, Crystal Palace, Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid and Rayo Vallecano this summer, but what are the players getting up to in their free time before pre-season starts? The MEN have taken a look.
Garner and Gomes
Angel Gomes started training at United's academy from the age of six and he made his first-team debut 10 years later in May 2017 under Jose Mourinho — which made him the youngest player to play for the United (at 16 years, 263 days old) since 1953.
Gomes was held in high regard in United, but he failed to establish himself as a first-team regular at Old Trafford. Gomes has since found success with French club Lille and he actually discussed his turbulent relationship with Mourinho last week.
The academy graduate admitted he wanted to spend his whole career at United and he's now been pictured with James Garner, who might be hoping for the same. Garner spent the season on loan at Nottingham Forest and he'll be assessed in pre-season.
