Everton face one of their most important matches in recent memory on Thursday evening as they welcome Crystal Palace to Goodison Park.

The Blues remain two points outside of the relegation zone and one ahead of Leeds United just behind them in the Premier League table. Frank Lampard's side know that a win will be enough to confirm their status in the top division next term.

To do that, however, they will need to beat Patrick Vieira's side - who have been in a strong run of form across recent weeks. And, there's a few interesting decisions that the Everton boss will certainly be faced with in terms of his line-up.

The hosts will certainly be without both and at Goodison for the visit of Palace. Both were sent off last time out against Brentford, with the latter set to be absent for the trip to face Arsenal as well after his reckless dismissal in the second half of Sunday's game.
