Francesco Totti: AS Roma icon's revenge after youngster tried to embarrass him

Francesco Totti is one of the greatest players the sport of football has ever seen.

On top of being outrageously gifted, the man is also one of the most loyal players ever. Despite the fact Real Madrid were permanently after his signature, Totti stayed with boyhood club AS Roma for the entirety of his professional career.

As most football fans will know, loyalty of that nature in the modern game is very, very rare.

‘Il Capitano’ spent 18 glorious years in the Giallorossi’s first-team, scoring 250 goals in Serie A overall – the second-highest total ever recorded by a player in the division.

Totti won five trophies with Roma, including the league title in 2000/01, and was part of the Italy side that got their hands on the FIFA World Cup in 2006.

From an individual perspective, the now 46-year-old scooped a plethora of accolades. He was named Serie A Footballer of the Year twice and Serie A Italian Footballer of the Year a whopping five times.

Oh and Totti also won the coveted European Golden Shoe award thanks to his incredible goalscoring exploits in the 2006/07 season.

What a career, eh?

Totti is one of the few players who seems to be adored by virtually every single football fan and it’s easy to see why.

The man just oozes style and class, even when he’s playing in a futsal match.

Totti hung up his professional boots in 2017 at the age of 40, but can still be found playing in a far calmer setting from time to time.

In one of the futsal matches he was involved in after retirement, Totti produced a moment of genius to get revenge on a youngster who had tried to embarrass him a few seconds earlier.

The lad in question boldly pulled out the rainbow flick skill move when he came up against the Roma legend.

So what did Totti
