Ireland U20 24-38 New Zealand U20
Ireland finished fourth at the World Rugby Under-20 Championship following a 38-24 loss to New Zealand in the bronze play-off game in Cape Town.
First-half tries from Oliver Coffey and Jack Murphy handed Ireland a 12-5 lead at the break but the Baby Blacks burst out of the blocks upon the resumption.
They ran in five tries between the 45th and 72nd minute with late scores from Ethan Graham and Sean Naughton putting a gloss on the scoreline for Willie Faloon's men.
England claimed their first title in eight years after beating France 21-13 in the final.
