When Manchester City return to Premier League action on Saturday with a trip to Turf Moor to face Burnley, they will embark on what could become a 56-day journey (should everything go according to plan) that will decide the outcome of their season.
During that time they will face huge games in all competitions, first and foremost meetings with Atletico Madrid in the Champions League and duels with Liverpool in the Premier League and FA Cup. Should Pep Guardiola's side go all the way in Europe, their season will end in Paris on May 28th.
Who knows how things will ultimately pan out, but there are a few things that will almost certainly happen between now and the end of the campaign.
