Gaming fans will be excited to hear that Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 leaks have revealed that the light machine gun (LMG) is on its way.

The ongoing season has almost reached mid way and things are starting to heat up on the Fortnite island. Week 5 is now upon us and Epic Games is continuously adding new items to the game.

Light Machine Guns are all set to arrive to the game and it is an excellent weapon to destroy structures and buildings. It also has a super fast rate of fire and deals extensive damage.

Data miners and leakers have revealed that the Week 5 seasonal quests that asks players to damage structures is currently enabled in-game. According to iFireMonkey: “Despite the LMG not being active in game, the “Destroy structures with a Light Machine Gun” challenge is currently enabled.”

Epic Games is yet to add the Light Machine Gun in battle royale game modes. The weapon has made its way to the game files and can be found in Creative Mode.
