Formula E Equipment Cargo Arrives in Jakarta

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Formula E Jakarta managing director Gunung Kartiko said that the cargo of electric car racing equipment had arrived in Jakarta. The equipment will arrive in stages for the Formula E Jakarta, which will be held on June 4, 2022.

Kartiko did not say where the equipment is stored. The Jakarta Formula E committee has also not revealed when the cargoes arrived in Indonesia.

"The cargo for Formula E Operations (FEO) equipment has arrived in Jakarta, coming in gradually," Kartiko said as quoted from Tempo.co, Tuesday, May 17.

The Formula E Jakarta will be held for 19 days at the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC) in Ancol, North Jakarta. In this electric car race, 22 racers will compete for a place at the podium.

Although the Jakarta Formula E event is just around the corner, the public often questions the development of its preparation; from circuit construction, tickets, sponsorship, as well as the racing equipment and teams.
